When it comes to buying and selling properties we offer a number of cost-effective solutions.
Guaranteed sale price
If there is a need for you to move people quickly, we can save them the uncertainty of selling their home by offering them a guaranteed sale price for their property, in line with Inland Revenue guidelines, maximising tax allowances.
On acceptance of the offer, we will instruct our legal representatives to buy-in the property to coincide with the purchase in the new area. We take responsibility for marketing and maintaining the property through to the sale to a third party.
Managed sale
This service provides the same support and access to our panels of approved suppliers, but, unlike the Guaranteed Sale Price scheme, we do not buy in the property on your behalf.
The service has a range of options and allows your people to choose which elements of the service they wish to receive.
