We will work in partnership with you to develop and implement tailored solutions to all your mobility issues, in line with your policy. We can provide advice on relocation policies, where none exists, or benchmark yours against those of similar organisations.
We will provide you and your people with Employee Guides that explain the process in clear and simple terms. We can incorporate your particular mobility policy and allowances for reference, if required. We will also work with you to review your policy as and when needed.
As part of our relationship we will also notify you of any statutory changes or property-related issues that may impact on employee mobility, as they occur.
