When you consider the wide range of expenses that are involved in relocation, such as valuations, solicitors’ fees and temporary accommodation costs, it is easy to see how time consuming managing this can be. We will work in partnership with you to provide support in these areas, with a fully tailored expense management service.
Together, we will draft a matrix of eligible expenses, and agree a budget, in line with your particular policy. When a claim, supported by an original receipt, is received, it will be checked against the relevant matrix and available budget before processing. This negates the need for each claim to be authorised by individual HR Managers prior to submission, greatly speeding up the process.
We will provide details of all expenses passed through HCR to assist you in completing P11D’s.
Outsourcing this service to HCR also means that you and your people are not embroiled in discussions over qualifying expenses.
