If your employee chooses to remain in a rental property for longer than the anticipated term, HCR will manage negotiations with the Landlord/Agent to renew the tenancy, without rent increase where possible.
HCR will review the relevant clauses in the tenancy for renewal and agree the renewal term with both the client and the employee. They will ensure that:
- Rental for the new period is agreed
- Renewal document or new tenancy agreement is checked carefully
- Relevant break clauses are agreed and maintained
- Timetable to renew tenancy, and extension details, are clarified and recorded on the employee’s case file
