• Explain Level 1 access and the merits of granting Level 1 access.
• Advise on documentation required for your application.
• Collate and review documentation required for your application.
• Prepare an on-line application on your behalf.
• Draft any ancillary documentation required for your application.
• Liaise with you regarding submission of your on-line application. (Once completed you will be requested to review this and, if they do not wish to make any amendments, submit it). Please note that HCR is unable to submit the application on your behalf.
• Send documents, which must be submitted with the application to you together with template letter, which should also be included with the application. This letter must be produced on your company’s own headed notepaper.
• Monitor the progress of your application.
• Advise on any follow up queries from the UK Border Agency (UKBA).
• If the UKBA request an appointment to visit you, offer to be present at the audit.

Provide follow up advice if your company is only given a B rating or fails to be registered as a sponsor.
