‘Managing the Global Mobility Function’ is the world's first benchmarking study aimed exclusively at establishing performance metrics for in-house Global Mobility Teams. The study, conducted by The Forum for Expatriate Management, has already witnessed over 250 Corporations sign up to participate.
Now in its second year, the study analyses how leading edge companies manage their Global Mobility Teams (GMTs). This assessment includes assignee / GMT ratios, GMT structure and reporting lines, outsourced services, professional qualifications and GMT demographics.
The study will provide invaluable insight on how best to structure a Global Mobility Team, including:
• What services to outsource
• Assignee/HR caseload ratios
• Vendor Performance data
• Average Fees per assignee
The results of this study will be released at the FEM Global Mobility Summits in Chicago on September 12/13th and in London on November 4th.
