Our people are highly trained and experienced relocation professionals. We are proud to have achieved and maintain Investors in People accreditation and have our own in-house training facilities. In addition, customer-facing staff undertake NVQ qualifications in Customer Service and have regular performance appraisals to ensure we provide first class advice at a time when people really need it.

We constantly strive to improve the service we provide, which is why every person we move receives a feedback questionnaire. Over the last two years an average of 70% of these forms have been returned to us and we are delighted to say that 90% of people feel that our service exceeded their expectations.

We recognise and reward our Personal Advisers for their excellent performance in the form of individual bonuses, based on the feedback scores received. This both motivates and incentivises them to do a good job.

Our Personal Advisers are not only knowledgeable, but demonstrate great empathy and support to people at a potentially stressful time. This is why we have steered away from operating a call centre environment, preferring to appoint a dedicated Personal Adviser to your people for ease of communication and familiarity.
