Rob Dolbear BSc ACA
Rob has overall responsibility for the Group’s strategy and Finance Function. Rob joined the Group in 2003 as Finance Director and has overseen a bank refinancing and two secondary management buyouts. During this period the Group has experienced profitable and cash generative growth. Promoted to Managing Director in April 2014, Rob has been keen to see the Group diversify around its core strengths of ‘property and people’.
Rob graduated from Cardiff University before joining EY where he spent nine years in Southampton and Toronto. He then moved to senior financial positions in chemical engineering and manufacturing before joining HCR.
Adrian Leach MA GMS
Adrian has been the Business Development & Marketing Director since October 2009. He joined HCR Group in February 2007 after a varied career in Banking, Freight Forwarding and Transport, Precision Engineering and Business Consultancy. Educated at Lancing College, he went on to achieve a Masters Degree in Marketing, with Distinction, in 2004 from the University of Portsmouth. He is a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) accredited by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
Adrian is responsible for the diversification of HCR Group into new markets and developing the Group brands of HCR, MYTAS, time4care and Bridgefast Property.
Andrew Smith (Non-Executive Director)
Andrew’s career at HCR started in January 1998 when he started as a temporary employee. In October 2009 he was promoted to the Board as Operations Director. In 2016 Andrew sought a change of career, but remains involved as a Non-Executive Director.
Andrew has travelled extensively from a young age throughout Africa and Asia. He was educated at Seaford College before studying Hotel Management at Brighton College.
As Operations Director, he was responsible for a large UK Government contract; Corporate Relocation, Bespoke housing, Information Technology, Quality Department, Client Relationship Management and Procurement and Supply Chain Management teams at HCR.
Andrew Finney (Non-Executive Director)
Following a career in the Banking sector encompassing personal, corporate and centralised mortgage lending, Andrew moved to the property sector, ultimately leading to a management buy-out of HCR and subsequent sale in 2016.
Having moved home on 22 occasions a business based on supporting relocation and accommodation for corporate employees seemed logical, particularly being people focused. With a strong belief that people are the foundation of success in business Andrew has enjoyed leading and building teams.
Involvement in the local community has been a feature throughout including leading the local district council and a range of charity roles. Andrew is currently President of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.
