Rooms are priced from only £75 per week, including utilities (Water, Gas and Electricity) and no deposit. Terms for student lets

  • Room rates for 2010/11 will be £75 per week for a standard room and £85 per week for a large room. Rates are inclusive of council tax, water, gas and electricity.
  • No deposit.
  • Minimum stay of 42 weeks (summer short term lets considered upon availability).
  • £200 non-refundable application fee to reserve a room and complete the legal paperwork. Rent can be paid termly or annually in advance (3% discount).
