There are three broad types of accommodation required and these must be of a high standard of cleanliness and be in good decorative order throughout.  These are:

  • Fully furnished self-contained flats and houses for individuals to share. 
  • Unfurnished self-contained flats and houses for family occupation.

Important Note - HCR use our own standard Tenancy Agreement, a copy of which will be included in your landlord pack.  It is imperative that you read this document fully and ensure you understand the contents, as it forms the basis of the contract between HCR and yourself.  Please also ensure you read the Landlord Pack provided with the Tenancy as this will provides all the information regarding the HCR rental scheme.
